Spiritual Mentoring

Many come upon times in their lives where there is confusion and the “big” questions are being asked. Spiritual mentoring can help you gain clarity and find the path that leads to those answers. Coming to this point could be the result of an awakening, near death experience, or some earthshattering experience in one’s life, such as the death of someone close, divorce, etc. These are times when we question everything and have one foot in our old belief systems and another in something new that we are not sure of, but it resonates so deeply that we cannot ignore it, we must pursue it. We find it hard to explain our experiences and feel misunderstood by those that we have traditionally relied on, not even our religious affiliations and communities are equipped to guide us.

This Spiritual Mentoring service is a safe space for you to explore your experiences without judgement, to help you move into a space of empowerment. When we find ourselves in that new “awakened” territory, we lack boundaries, or they are too stringent, we don’t really know ourselves, are stuck in our heads and still run old habits and programmes. Having gone through this process myself I am here to help guide you through the darkness into your light and your path. You will take many detours, but trust that they will help bring you to where you need to be.

I am not here to force my beliefs on anybody, but it might be helpful for you to understand my beliefs and how they may resonate with you. I believe:

• There is a higher force that we are are part of and energetically feed from and into.
• We can manifest our own reality, and perception is that reality.
• Everything, and I mean that literally, is energy and the density of that energy is dependent on what frequency it vibrates at. E.g. the things around you, visible and invisible, emotions, consciousness, etc.
• Anything that is energy can interact and connect.
• We can only control our word, thoughts and our actions, nothing else.
• Life is simple, we are the one’s complicating it all with our narratives.

This is not psychotherapy and I don’t diagnose or heal, I support and guide. You do the healing within yourself in the timeframe that works for you. If you feel that you are not mentally resourced to deal with your challenges, please seek medical or psychotherapeutic advice, it’s ok, it’s part of the process. The sessions are 1 hour long and the fee is per session. If we run over by up to 15 minutes, that’s not a problem, but between 1 hr 16 and 1 hr 30 I will add half a session, and any additional started 15 minutes will be charged prorated.
